Ecreative is more than a digital marketing and web development agency. We’re a group of fun-loving people who geek out over Google Analytics reports and get giddy when we launch a website redesign. We put a lot of time and effort into our work and are dedicated to serving the needs of our clients.
Bret Olseth
Founder / President
Bret started Ecreative in 1999 while at Thomas Register as a service to his clients. He understands what buyers and engineers want and need for a successful industrial business to business website. Success for Bret has been about getting new business opportunities and orders for our clients. Our website solutions and digital programs work to that goal.His favorite part of the job is working with all types of industrial companies and helping them find solutions to attract business and establish a strong customer base. In fact, he often finds himself overwhelmed by all the cost-effective and results-driven solutions we offer to clients.

Teresa Mahoney
Web Sales & Solutions Coordinator
Teresa is an expert in administration, customer support, and multi-tasking. She loves taking care of our customers by addressing their needs and answering their questions.Outside of work, her favorite place to be is riding on a motorcycle.
Trevor Gillis
Web Developer
Trevor has been with ECW since 2015, and he is an expert in PHP, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript. For him, there's no greater satisfaction than seeing something he's created out there, live in the wild.In addition to being an amazing web developer, Trevor also lived in Istanbul, Turkey for almost seven years.

As a lead generation expert, Patty is dedicated to creating marketing campaigns and strategies that meet her clients’ marketing goals and exceeds their expectations. With a love of music, Patty has attended over 100 concerts. Work with Patty and watch your sales leads grow.

Since 2010, Steve has been a web developer here at Ecreativeworks specializing in carts, as well as CMS sites. He loves being able to solve puzzles and create something new every day.When he's not in the office, he loves to spend his time woodworking and gardening.
Luke Hodgdon
Lead Copywriter
Luke has worked with ECW since 2017, specializing in industrial, SEO-based copywriting. His favorite aspect of the job is interacting with clients and getting to know their business on a deeper level.He once drove from Denver to San Francisco in 15 hours.
Frankie Crescioni
Website Support Specialist
Frankie is the office hero, frequently coming to the rescue for those deep in the throes of technological difficulties. Troubleshooting, debugging, hacking the matrix—Frankie can do it all (but not without the help of his furry sidekick, Bindi). Before joining our team, Frankie worked as a GIF Master at a start-up in Seattle, where he created animated GIFs for a living—a talent our team Slack channel definitely appreciates.

Michael has been with the company since 2016, and he specializes in carts, API integrations, and payment and shipping modules.He is the father of twins, a boy and a girl. Just like Darth Vader.
Lydia Newman-Heggie

Lydia loves figuring out creative ways to solve complex problems. She enjoys learning about clients’ businesses and building websites that are unique to them. When she isn’t mastering the world of web developing, you can find her shredding on drums in her band!

Brendan joined Ecreative in 2021 as a Paid Content Specialist. Hybridity and the ability to work closely with clients as a member of multiple teams are aspects of the position that drew Brendan’s interest. Being able to bring Lou into the office is a benefit, as well as flexibility. Maddie enjoys working in Ecreative’s fast-paced environment. She embraces the opportunity to work with a variety of people with all different skillsets. In her free time, Maddie loves to travel and spend time with close friends.

Brian is an expert in carts and CMS sites. He became a web developer because he loved the mental challege of programming and always learning something new.He could have been an Olympic swimmer if only his webbed feet hadn't given him an "unfair advantage."

Digital Marketing Specialist II
Scott found his way into digital marketing after taking some marketing classes through the MN Deed Program and has been in love with all things SEO ever since. Scott is an out-of-the-box thinker and enjoys using his creativity to create websites his clients are proud of. Scott has run over 20 marathons, including The Boston Marathon twice!
Andrea Schiller
Lead Project Manager
Andrea’s favorite part of the job is helping other people reach their goals. After months of hard work, she loves to see websites come to life and become something that both her clients and Ecreative are proud of. Other than marketing, Andrea’s preferred creative outlets are sewing and quilting.

Annette enjoys using analytical data to drive digital marketing strategies. She has a knack for catching hiccups in the small details and coming up with innovative solutions. When she’s not working, you can find her hiking outdoors or spending time at her family cabin in Wisconsin.
Evan Miller

Evan became a digital marketing specialist at Ecreative in 2022. The position is great because it allows for communication with clients about their website needs, assessing solutions, and achieving goals. Working remotely for Ecreative, Evan appreciates the cohesive environment, which helps him feel connected and supported within the team. In his free time, Evan loves staying active with things like basketball and snowboarding. Mindy joined the Ecreative team in 2022. Working on websites is her passion, and she appreciates the opportunities for growth and education and working with great people in a great environment. Mindy studied abroad in France and was academically trained as a French teacher. Joining the Ecreative team in 2022, Taylor is a website project manager. What she likes about the role is being a part of building websites (a very important one at that!) and learning all of the ins and outs of what is included in the process. On top of that, her cool and supportive coworkers make her workdays enjoyable. Ryan joined the Ecreative family in 2021. Coming to us from Google, he joined his former coworkers as a paid search specialist. The size and culture of Ecreative drew him in, and he enjoys the close-knit feel and the warmth of the company (he can even feel it working remotely in Arizona!). Once a resident of Belize, Ryan moved to the US about 20 years ago. Also a self-described homebody, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, usually watching TV or movies. Their favorite franchise is Fast and Furious! “The more people you help become successful, the more successful you will be.”

His position allows him to meet a lot of new faces while exercising both the creative and logical sides of his brain, which he values as part of his job. Outside of work, Joshua is highly active with many interests. Keldon Ellis
Copywriter
As a copywriter, Keldon loves using language as a tool to help people connect with the products and services they need. With a background in higher education, Keldon has always had a deep appreciation for clear, effective communication, particularly through writing. In his spare time, Keldon is a bit of an electric guitar enthusiast and enjoys geeking out over music gear. He considers himself a shameless U2 fan and is endlessly enamored with The Edge’s guitar playing.

Tyler came to Ecreative in 2022 and is a vital member of the team as a website graphic designer. He was drawn to the position through his love of website mockup design and gets to actualize this passion through his work. The joy of working at Ecreative for Tyler is the company culture, where he gets to “discuss” Rings of Power (a Lord of the Rings spinoff) with his coworkers, who are also invested in the Tolkien universe. Tyler loves a good story in his free time, whether reading, video games, or film. “All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.” – Gandalf.

Payton became a digital marketing support specialist on the Ecreative team in 2022. When she graduated, she knew she wanted to enter the world of digital marketing, and Ecreative was a great fit. She is fond of her day-to-day duties and loves learning more about marketing in her training. Outside of work, Payton is active outdoors, taking part in camping and skiing activities, and enjoys spending time with friends. A fun fact about Payton is that she is in a darts league!

Grace started with Ecreative in 2023 as a Copywriter. A love of writing and the opportunity to continue to learn and grow is what brought Grace to Ecreative’s copywriting department. She spends her free time making music and can sing Row, Row, Row Your Boat backward.

Khiana started with Ecreative in May of 2023 as a Copywriter. Writing is her passion, and being on the copywriting team, she enjoys learning new things and finding new ways of expression. A friendly environment where everyone is willing to help is what she appreciates most about Ecreative. Outside of the office, Khiana writes screenplays for horror and psychological thrillers and is often found bingeing Real Housewives or Sailor Moon. “In my culture, death is not the end. She’s also had a once-in-a-lifetime experience; a fun fact about her is that she was struck by lightning in 2010! “Living in the moment, it’s a gift. Kevin joined the Ecreative family in 2024 as a full-stack developer because of his interest in web development and learning about different tech stack combinations. He enjoys the friendliness of the work environment and getting to know new people while gaining a background in SEO. Outside of work, Kevin likes spending time refining his skills, and indulging his hobbies like basketball, cooking, music, and photography. His fun fact is that he records his own music and hopes to leave behind an archive for future generations to discover!
