Digital Marketing Specialist

An Ecreativeworks Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing, retaining, and servicing Monthly Search Engine Optimization accounts. This role will be charged with aspects of account management, service and recommendations as they pertain to website optimizations, research trends in SEO and SEM and any respective activities. This role will be required to not only make recommendations to clients that are within the scope of SEO, but also determine and effectively communicate which recommendations will better serve the client’s objectives of improving their traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics so that ROI is achieved.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

  • Client service management of existing and new monthly SEO and Pay Per Click clients, including education of SEO, compiling appropriate data, recommendations and managing production time for client base.
  • Performing keyword research and saturation activities as needed.
  • Process of SEO checks for new website builds.
  • Contributing to SEO/SEM research, uncovering trends and relating that information to the SEO team and/or clients.
  • Sharing best practices with the Ecreativeworks production and sales team, as needed.
  • Management of internal and external correspondence, as needed.
  • Internal report development and participation in regularly scheduled update meetings.
  • Documentation of all communications with clients and/or territory reps regarding requested services within our CRM: Salesforce.
  • Development of timely monthly reports to support analysis and recommendations for each client per the team report schedule.

  • Strong integration with existing processes and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of website development
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Self-Starter


Desired Skills Include

  • Previous Adwords Management Experience
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Data Studio
  • 1-2 years Industrial/B2B marketing experience


This position is based in our St. Louis Park office with 1-2 days per week work remote ability available after 90 days.
