Considerations:

  • We gain efficiencies because we partner with our clients to bring our knowledge together. This means we apply our technical and industry expertise to the information they provide us (digitally). If digital assets are not available, we do offer services to scan images at an incremental fee; based on volume of work to be performed.
  • A 'page' isn't a 'page'. We estimate our work based on the complexity of the project as a whole and any efficiencies we see we can make along the way. For instance, a site with a configurator or complex database will cost more than a site that is basic static content. We work with the clients to determine these answers and a fair estimate for the work to be performed.
  • If you suspect the client may need extra rounds of revisions (beyond the usual two that are allowed), or exceptional support or leadership from Ecreativeworks (beyond the norm) throughout the project, please let us know. This will help us budget accordingly and ensure success for all involved.
  • We welcome (and often request) sample data to evaluate how much work is involved. This includes any of the following:
    • Content, digital photos, collateral materials such as brochures, print pieces, capabilities documentation and otherwise; and
    • Excel spreadsheets of product data or formulas for configurators.
