The CMS Website Project Manager is responsible for the project management of Ecreativeworks CMS Website development projects. This will involve asset gathering, production coordination, customer service, development of project timelines, tracking all production progress, spearheading client correspondence and documentation relating to Website projects. We are looking for an entry level candidate interested in learning more about websites and project management. This role will focus on managing our less complex CMS sites.

It is anticipated that the core responsibilities will remain consistent; however, the goal would be to start taking on more complex projects (eCommerce) within a year.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Management of 20+ CMS Website projects simultaneously.
  • Spearheading client correspondence and documentation of the project milestones through the lifecycle of all projects
  • Oversight of project scope and parameters
  • Helping clients with content collection for all assets needed to do the website project.
  • Direction and support to the developer when building the project, to ensure the project meets the expectations of the client and is within the scope of the project.
  • Ensuring timely project deliveries
  • Ensuring clients are well educated on the status of their projects at all times
  • Quality assurance of all projects prior to client presentation to ensure what is delivered is consistent with what is quoted.
  • Partnership with all management teams to assure the best internal efficiencies possible.
  • Documentation of all communications with clients and/or sales reps with regard to requested services.
  • Contribution to an ongoing improvement plan; increasing the capabilities and organization of the group as a whole.

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (salesforce would be a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Must be detailed orientated.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and requests at one time.
  • Highly organized is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of website development.
  • Basic knowledge of online marketing/website usability best practices.
  • Website administration skills.
